Ayurveda, meaning “science of life” in Sanskrit, is a 5,000-year-old healing system from India. Originating from the Vedic texts, it guides us toward a balanced and natural lifestyle. Ayurveda addresses the mind, body, and spirit, aiming to heal and enhance the quality and longevity of life. It is known as the “mother of all healing.”

Stephanie’s Services

1. Ayurvedic Facial Marma Massage: 15 minutes $30
   This soothing facial uses warm oils and transdermal creams on Marma points to enhance lymph flow, boost skin hydration, and increase vital energy (prana) for a glowing complexion. It promotes restful sleep, strengthens immunity, balances emotions, and helps release deep-seated grief.

2. Hand and Feet Energy Release Massage: 15 minutes $30
   A seated energy release treatment that concentrates on the pressure points (Marma Points*) in hands and feet to provide stress and pain relief.

3. Indian Head Massage: 15 minutes $30
   A seated treatment focused on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face using personalized Ayurvedic and essential oils. Ideal for relieving tension, headaches, and migraines, it also enhances lymphatic drainage, aiding in toxin removal and boosting the immune system.

   Oil on hair is optional. If choosing to, a significant amount of oil will be massaged into hair. Please bring a towel or clip to secure your hair after the treatment.

*Marma points are specific energy centers in the body, where muscles, veins, ligaments, bones, and joints intersect. Stimulating these points helps balance energy flow, promoting physical and emotional healing.
