What is the difference between a Pentacle and a Pentagram?

The Pentagram, is a religious symbol used by Pagans. The Pentacle is a Pentagram enclosed in a circle.

What the points of the star stand for:
The Four elements of Nature. Earth (lower left point), Air (upper left point), Fire (lower right point) and Water (upper right point). And the fifth point pointing upwards is the fifth element of nature which is the Divine, or Spirit.
