Usui Reiki Level I

Reiki is a gentle, holistic healing practice that supports balance and well-being on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

In this IN-PERSON Usui Reiki Level I class, you will be introduced to the foundations of Reiki and learn how to work with this beautiful energy for yourself and others.

This first-degree class includes:

• Basic Reiki principles and history
• A guided meditation
• Instruction and practice of hand positions
• Your Reiki attunement
• A student manual
• A completion certificate

Please plan for approximately 3–4 hours. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to relax and learn.

After completing this course, you are considered a Reiki practitioner and will be able to offer Reiki to yourself and others.
