You don’t have to walk this path alone! True healing often unfolds in community—when we share our truths and bring them into the light. That’s why I’m so excited to invite you to my brand-new Monthly Shadow Circle Workshop Series, an interactive online gathering where you’ll find a safe, supportive space to explore, embrace, and integrate every part of yourself. Over the course of 8 months, we’ll meet once a month, starting October 15th, to journey together through the guidebook chapters.
