Due to the unique nature of most of our items, all sales are final. We will however consider an exchange or store credit if item was a gift. There are NO refunds on Intuitive Readings or Classes.
Claims for damage of shipped items must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for your next steps. If you are asked to return the item, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged items will be replaced, or, in the case of a one of a kind piece, you will receive a web site or in-store credit for that product/piece.
Exchanges will be for the original price of the item, less the original cost of delivery, and less the fees charged to me by the payment processing company. Exchanges will be processed according to what has been agreed to at the time of notification of your wish to exchange your item.
The following will not be refunded, and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used items, unless faulty.
- Custom orders / orders made to your specifications, unless faulty.
- Earrings – including ear cuffs (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
- Healing services that have been completed.
Please note: Faulty items will be repaired or replaced, at no cost to the customer, whenever possible. Only when this isn’t possible, a return or exchange will be arranged.
