Since Mars has moved into play in the stars recently, I have noticed many folks are getting rid of people they associate with that have a lot of toxic behaviors. I think it does us all good to take stock and clean house every so often. I slowly broke into doing this on social media. One little anonymous click and poof, I didn’t have to see their negativity. It eased me into making some better choices of who I allow into my life. On screen and in the real world..
On our journey thru life, we inevitably encounter individuals whose presence is more harmful than beneficial. Many times we are caught off guard and don’t even see them coming.
It is those kind of people who drain our energy, diminish our self-esteem, and impede our growth. Breaking free from that type of relationship is crucial for our own mental and emotional well-being.
