As we move toward summer’s brighter, more expansive energy, this threshold moment asks:
What do you wish to carry forward?
What are you ready to release?
What memories still deserve gratitude?
And what parts of yourself are beginning to bloom again?
Whether you spend the weekend surrounded by family, in nature, gathered in community, or enjoying quiet solitude, may you find moments of peace, healing, and sacred connection along the way.
Create a quiet moment for yourself sometime this weekend, even if only for a few minutes.
You will need:
• A white candle
• A small bowl of water
• Fresh flowers, herbs, or a meaningful object
• Optional: photographs or names of loved ones
Light the candle and take a few slow breaths. As you gaze into the flame, call to mind those you wish to honor—loved ones, ancestors, mentors, or even parts of yourself that have transformed and evolved over time.
Place your hands over the bowl of water and whisper:
“May love continue through every generation.
May healing flow through every memory.
May I walk forward carrying wisdom, gratitude, and peace.”
Sit quietly for a few moments, allowing memories, emotions, or guidance to arise naturally.
When you are ready, thank those you honored and extinguish the candle with gratitude. You may return the water to the earth as an offering of remembrance and renewal.

I feel blessed to read this. I will be doing a candle ritual honoring Jan. We married our lives on May 24, 1984. I am grateful for the time we had together and I am so grateful to have received this Gemstone News.
Thank you Sue for your words and your friendship.
Thank you so much for sharing this with me Karen. What a beautiful way to honor Jan and the love you shared together. A bond woven through so many years never truly leaves us—it simply changes form and continues to live within our hearts, memories, and sacred moments like this. I’m so deeply touched that this remembrance ritual spoke to you and could be part of your honoring Jan. Sending love, warmth, and gentle blessings to you as you light your candle for him. Thank you for your kindness, your friendship, and for allowing me to walk beside you on your path. ✨
